If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

If You are a consumer resident in the European Union, You will benefit from any mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable under the laws of Your country of residence.

United States Legal Compliance

You represent and warrant that:

Translation Interpretation

These Terms may be translated for convenience. In case of any inconsistency, the English version shall prevail.

Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
